About this role

Jigsaw Developmental Services is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our Biltmore clinic in Phoenix as Assistant Clinical Director. This is a clinical leadership role — you will maintain an active caseload while also playing a key role in the operations, culture, and quality of our center.

This is not a purely administrative position. We are looking for a clinician who loves the work and wants to grow into leadership without stepping away from clients. You will work directly alongside our VP of Clinical Services, Sara Beth Carrasco (BCBA), and have real input into how Jigsaw delivers care.

What you will do

✓Carry and manage an active center-based client caseload
✓Supervise, train, and mentor a team of RBTs and BTs
✓Administer behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland)
✓Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans and BIPs
✓Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions
✓Oversee center scheduling and support daily clinical operations
✓Ensure data integrity and timely, accurate clinical documentation
✓Collaborate with the VP of Clinical Services on quality and growth initiatives

What we require

•BCBA or BCBA-D certification — active and in good standing
•Arizona LBA licensure required (or eligible and willing to obtain immediately)
•Master's or Doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
•Minimum 2 years post-certification experience, preferably in a center setting
•Experience supervising RBTs and conducting competency-based assessments
•Strong working knowledge of VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or Vineland
•Must pass Arizona state and federal background check

Compensation & benefits

✓Salary: $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
