Brett Bernstein
Founder & CEO
Brett earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Business Administration in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona. After consulting for IBM and PeopleSoft Corporation, Brett founded Helio Group, an information technology consulting practice that served Fortune 500 customers. Brett’s endeavors continued with the founding and development of a clinical research informatics software business supporting NIH funded clinical research studies. Brett founded Arizona-based nonprofits MORIAH Cooperative and MORIAH Health. Brett serves on the Board of New Way Academy, served as a Board and Executive Committee member of Pardes Jewish Day School, and currently serves as a member of the United Healthcare Community Plan Governance and Member Advocacy Committees. Brett and his wife have two wonderful boys who live in Phoenix, Arizona. After personally experiencing the world of Autism, Brett’s life work focuses every day on assisting families in support of their children.

Vice President of Clinical Operations
Beth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona. Since 2012, she has worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. She holds a Master’s of Education from the University of Massachusetts and Bachelors in psychology. Beth has worked with children ages 2-21 across a variety of settings, including schools, home environments, and community-based programs. Her approach is centered around the idea that every child deserves to have their strengths acknowledged, and that by tailoring strategies to their specific needs and motivations, they can achieve meaningful growth. Her leadership journey began in 2016 when she and her family relocated from the Washington, D.C. metro area to Arizona, where she joined Jigsaw. She believes quality care goes beyond just clinical expertise—it’s about building relationships, empowering families, and creating lasting, positive change. Outside of work, Beth enjoys traveling, trying new food and spending quality time with her two daughters and golden-doodles.

Senior Director of Clinical Development
Angela is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as well as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Arizona. Angela holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human and Family Development from Arizona State University and a Master’s Degree in Psychology, with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Capella University. Angela continues her work at Jigsaw Developmental Services since its inception in 2016. Prior to working in the field of ABA, Angela worked with children and families in various settings since 2000. Angela believes in the importance of making ABA therapy an enjoyable experience for the children and young adults that she works with, as well as tailoring each treatment plan to best serve the unique needs of each individual client. Angela is passionate about improving the lives of the children and families she serves using the principles of ABA. Angela lives in Gilbert and in her free time enjoys spending time with her husband, 3 children and 2 small dogs.
Clinical Outcomes and Innovation Director
Jake is Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Arizona. He has experience working with neurodiverse children, adolescents, and young adults in home, clinic, school, and community settings since 2012. He holds a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis (ABA) from Arizona State University and a doctoral degree in ABA from the University of Galway. His research focuses on teaching children key skills relevant to complex language and cognition. Jake uses an equitable and person-centered approach to services. He prioritizes active collaboration with the individuals he supports and strives to be attentive to each family’s unique context. Jake is passionate about connecting with clients to envision the life they want to live and supporting them in pursuit of their own goals. Jake resides in Phoenix with his wife and kids, and in his free time enjoys music, photography, and outdoor activities.

Elizabeth Arevalo is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Arizona. Her journey into the field of behavior analysis began in 2019, but her passion for supporting others was sparked much earlier. Inspired by her younger brother’s experience with autism and ABA therapy after his diagnosis at age three, Elizabeth found her calling in helping individuals with developmental disabilities. Before becoming a BCBA, Elizabeth worked for four years as a respite and habilitation provider, later gaining invaluable hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Arizona. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Her diverse experience spans clinic, in-home, and school settings, where she has worked with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Currently residing in Surprise, Elizabeth enjoys spending quality time with her family and their Chorkie (Chihuahua-Yorkie Terrier mix).
Joselyn Casas

Assistant Clinical Supervisor & Patient Advocate
Joselyn Casas is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been practicing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2022. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University (ASU). Joselyn’s passion for ABA began through volunteer work, where she supported students in general education classrooms by teaching life skills and prevention strategies. Since then, she has provided services across home, school, center, and community settings, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her clinical work. Joselyn is committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services that prioritize the individual needs and interests of each client. She values collaborative partnerships with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote meaningful skill development and lasting behavior change in a compassionate, person-centered manner. Joselyn lives in Phoenix with her family and two dogs.
Tania Depetro

Tania is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been with Jigsaw since 2019. She began her journey in ABA providing in-home ABA services in 2016, where she worked closely with children and families to support individualized development. Additionally, Tania brings extensive experience from a range of school settings, including both private and public institutions, where she supported children with developmental disabilities ranging from ages 3 to 15 as a paraprofessional. Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Tania believes that family and quality of life are at the heart of every intervention, and she is dedicated to empowering children and their families to build strong, positive relationships and achieve their fullest potential. Outside of her professional work, Tania enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and spending quality time with her husband and three sons.
Zoie Scott

Zoie, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), has been immersed in the field of applied behavior analysis since 2017. She is a versatile BCBA who consistently engages and uplifts her patients. In addition to delivering supervisory services as an BCBA, Zoie has earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. Originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico, Zoie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at New Mexico State University. She now resides in Phoenix with her two huskies, Kota and Zulu.
Colleen Weidner

Clinical Supervisor & Patient Advocate
Colleen Weidner is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who has been working in the field of ABA since 2019. She began her work as a Registered Behavior Technician in Illinois and relocated to Arizona to continue her journey towards obtaining her BCBA and LBA credentials. She received a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. She has experience working in a variety of settings ranging from clinic, in home, and in schools, for children with Autism and other developmental disabilities as young as 18 months of age. She is a compassionate clinician who has a passion for crafting individualized treatment plans that allow for both growth and the fostering of meaningful connections. She strives to help each child grow to their fullest potential and improve their quality of life, while maintaining their individuality. She currently resides in Surprise, Arizona and enjoys spending time with her family and French Bulldog.

Crystalline White serves as Client Intake Manager, where she plays a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy for individuals with developmental needs. Known for her compassionate mindset and meticulous attention to detail, Crystalline is dedicated to streamlining operational processes that enhance both client care and staff collaboration. Her commitment to efficiency is matched by her deep empathy, creating a work environment that prioritizes consistency, support, and meaningful connection. Crystalline’s enthusiasm and patience are evident in every aspect of her work, contributing to the organization’s mission of empowering individuals and families. Outside of her professional role, she cherishes time with her family—an experience that deepens her commitment to building meaningful connections in every aspect of her life.
Christina Douglas
Director of Operations
Christina is a dedicated professional who has been in the field of ABA operations and administration since 2022. She specializes in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of services that support Jigsaw’s clients and their families. With a strong commitment to creating meaningful and lasting change, Christina brings exceptional attention to detail, a spirit of collaboration, and a passion for improving systems that directly impact care. She plays a key role in aligning clinical and operational processes to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery. She is driven by a deep belief in the mission of ABA and works diligently to support both clients and the clinicians who serve them. She currently resides in Mesa, Arizona with her family and two dogs where she enjoys sunny weekends full of quality family time.
